The arrival of the experience economy makes people more individualized and experiential products and services.As a container of urban culture with deep accumulation,historical location has become an important attraction for experiencing city culture.At the same time,the rapid development of Internet + and big data has begun to penetrate many areas of the economy and society,and it provided new models and more possibilities for urban planning.Under the dual background,it is worth thinking that how to integrate cultural resources and build the cultural experience combined with the spatial experience mode of historic site with the advantages of new data environment.And how to make historical and cultural resources play an overall valuable role?How to reflect the urban historical and cultural connotation better?They are questions worth exploring.Firstly,the paper makes a review of the relevant research and clarifies the core content of the current historic site renewal.Based on the existing experience mode of historic site culture,this paper puts forward the historic site renewal mode of constructing the experiential routes of culture.Referring to relevant domestic and foreign practical cases,it summarizes the specific design strategies for constructing experiential routes of culture.Secondly,the paper analyzes the characteristics of historic site of central district,and points out that due to complicated historical context and richer function formats,the experience elements of cultural in historic site of central district are more plentiful than those pure scenic spots.Then,this paper analyzes the experience groups,the experience demand and the experience value of historic site of central district.It clarifies the material carrier of cultural experience elements,and summarizes the factors that should be taken into consideration in constructing the.experiential routes of culture in historic site of central district.Finally,taking historic site of British concession in Tianjin for example.From the perspective of human experience demand,through the quantitative method supported by open data and field investigation,this paper analyzes the spatial morphology,facility layout and vitality distribution of this site to fully understand the its value.Based on the multi-dimensional situation superposition analysis,this study excavates the most valuable public space in the historic site,and actively explore the methods to construct a complete and multi-level experiential routes of culture that meets the needs of different experience groups.The strategy of stimulating street life and the street design guidance are proposed.On conclusion of this thesis,constructing the experiential routes of culture that meet the requirements of different experience groups is beneficial to the protection of whole historical environment and culture display.It has played a better role in the catalytic effect of historical and cultural resources and promoted the harmonious coexistence of historical heritages and modern urban environments.But because of the complexity of the historic site protection and renewal,we should introduce more extensive research ideas of social,economic,tourism and law to ensure the sustainable development of historic site.And then fully exerting its cultural,social and economic benefits.
