Development.At the same time,the government also introduce a series of laws and decrees to push forward deep development of Housing Industrialization.Steel Construction Residence has the characteristics of good construction performance,high seismic performance,light weight,high industrialization,fast construction,short cycle and green environmental protection.It conforms to the requirements of Housing Industrialization and Sustainable.Yet the Steel Construction Residence in China is far from well developing,the key reason that restricts its development is that the enclosure system which is matched with the Structural System of Steel Construction Residence is not perfect.Therefore,many scholars have been engaged in the studies on composite panel.The study provides guidance and train of thought for later generations,but there are all sorts of deficiency of existing fabricated wallboard,For the current problem,the group has developed a new type of composite wallboard.It is a good exterior-protected construction,also can meet the requirements of force in the steel structure house.It is necessary to inspect the work performance,verify the wallboard feasibility and design put forward suggestions.Investigate the domestic common assembly wallboard,classify different types of panel,and introduce their physical properties,advantages,disadvantages and application scope of different wall.The results show that:Prefabricated panel has certain development in our country,but still needs further research and perfect relevant guidelines.By the quasi-static test of 3 composite panel,get the damage mechanism,maximum displacement angle and crack development,according to test data drawn hysteresis curves,skeleton curve and strength degradation curve,analysis the seismic performance of the wall,and compare reference of opening and without hole.The results show that:during the trial,the sliding of connection parts delay wall into the work,help to slow down the damage of structure;The displacement of the structure is adjusted by slip,it has a good ability of deformation;The lateral stiffness of wallboard system does not have great influence on the stress of the whole structure;When the load displacement is large,the structure has reliable bearing capacity under the action of reciprocating load.By the bending bearing capacity test of 2 composite panel,get the stress and deformation to investigate its working performance,and study the bearing capacity of panel with joints in actual working condition.The results show that:The wall panels are suitable for 3.14KPa;Wallboard ultimate bearing capacity is greater than hundred meters wind load,lt has reliable bearing capacity;The connector is in good condition and the connection is reliableBy using Abaqus finite element analysis software,establish a model to analyze the wind resistant performance of the panel,and compare with the test results.The results show that:the finite element analysis results are in good agreement with the test results,and the error is within a certain range.The model and loading mode are reliable.
