In recent years,China's social and economic sustained and rapid development,the rapid increase in urban population,urban traffic problems become increasingly serious,many cities are generally "travel difficult" situation.Therefore,the state must adjust the allocation of resources,and the input of underground traffic must be increased to ensure the effective improvement of the traffic trip problem.But because the subway train most of the time,especially in the center of the city is in the underground traffic accidents,including terrorist attacks can not be completely avoided,once an accident occurs,the degree of harm will be huge,so many institutions have started to develop mobile capsule,the purpose is to reduce the harm caused by unexpected incidents.Taking the mobile refugechamber structure and function characteristics of the proposed design template module structure design.Combined with the specific characteristics of the metro station,initially identified the body structure,the use of three-dimensional modeling software UG NX8.0 conceptual design rescue geometric model;at the same time,the use of Ansysworkbench Explicit Dynamics module with Autodyn explicit dynamic analysis software,build a solid flow disaster including simulation platform,combining with the equivalent algorithm to simulate a series of now the capsule for numerical,offset the effect of explosion shock of subway.The life capsule was used as a sample,and the simulation of the Ansys-workbench explicit dynamic module was carried out.The response of the cabin to ultra high pressure load was verified in this paper.Finally,the paper designs the system structure within the station for mobile refugechamber,using Simulink MATLAB as a simulation tool,a sub control system model parameters based on single neuron adaptive PID control system,confirmed that the single neuron adaptive PID controller is used in this paper are better than the traditional PID dynamic control system performance and steady state performance.In short,through this research indicates that to avoid the earthquake caused huge heavy scattered deformation can effectively rescue cabin structure.In addition,there are seats and survival devices in the inner layer of the rescue capsule,which can effectively help the trapped personnel avoid being polluted by poisonous gas and provide short-term survival guarantee,which is of great significance for avoiding accidents and victims from serious injury.
