In this paper,the water consumption prediction model,the optimal scheduling model and the economic evaluation model of pump station are deeply studied.In view of the present situation and existing problems of pumping station,relevant solutions and suggestions are put forward.This paper summarizes the relevant factors that affect the urban water consumption,and analyzes the pattern of water consumption under the influence of holidays,temperature and season.Through the rational use of the water consumption pattern,it has a good guiding significance for the future production plan,water forecast and water plant scheduling.The forecasting method of water consumption is generally divided into time series model and regression model.The two models have their own advantages.The disadvantage is that the former ignores the influence factors of water consumption.And the latter may be over think those so that affect the forecast results.Therefore,based on the combination of two above,namely,using IOWGA operator combines ARMA time series model and the regression model of BP neural network optimized by genetic algorithm to solve the problem that the single prediction method gets unstable prediction results at different time.And it is proved that the prediction effect of combined model is better than the single prediction model.The economic operation of the pump station is mainly to set up the pump at different time with a reasonable match.On the one hand,it requires the operation of the pump can play the maximum efficiency,and meets the amount of water and pressure requirements.On the other hand,it also requires the minimum energy consumption at the same amount of water.In this paper,the Lingo software is used to solve the working condition of the pump unit before and after the transformation.By comparison and analysis,the annual cost of the reformed pump group will be reduced by 18.21%.And an improved economic evaluation model is put forward and applied,which provides a new economic evaluation method for the future transformation of the pump unit.
