In recent years,the "coal to gas" central heating project has become a new favorite in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises’ business.With it,the main problems come with it: the extensive management mode is still used in the aspect of operation regulation,which makes the heat supply and demand unbalanced.Therefore,how to reduce the energy consumption in central heating through scientific and meticulous operation management and regulation has become the key research goal of this paper.this subject takes the Taili Fengrui boiler heating plant in Daxing district,Beijing,which has a heating area of about 787,000 square meters,as the operating research platform.This paper focuses on the comparison of the operation and regulation mode of the coal-to-gas central heating project based on the weather compensators before and after optimization,and then makes a comparative analysis of the energy consumption(gas consumption,water consumption,electricity consumption)before and after the optimization of the heating system.Compared with the original system,the new system with optimized equipment and regulation mode saves energy.finally,the economic evaluation of the heating system before and after optimization is carried out.Through the operation of the heating season 2017-2018,the conclusion is drawn that the natural gas hot water boiler system based on the weather compensators is based on the relative balance of water power,the key to energy saving lies in the rational formulation of the running curve.It includes the heat index under the local outdoor calculation temperature,the optimum operation design of the water supply and return water temperature for the first and second nets and then it is the combination of operation regulation mode and automatic control system.On the premise that both heat source and heat exchange station are equipped with weather compensators system,the operation mode of a network with quality-quantity adjustment is more energy saving than that of using quality regulation mode under the same conditions.Finally,the investment payback period of dynamic fixed cost,such as equipment optimization and so on,is 1.5aa.The solar terms are 6.7.the electricity saving rate is 4.7.the water-saving rate is 20.7%.Compared with 2016-2017 heating season,the investment payback period of equipment optimization and other dynamic fixed cost is 1.5 years.The significance of this research is:(1)by analyzing the actual operation of the two years heating season of the project,combining the actual operation with the operation theory,under the premise that the automatic control system is relatively perfect,The optimum design of temperature curve for backwater supply and the mode of operation regulation are determined to realize the refinement,intelligence and energy saving of operation management;(2)to a certain extent,it can provide practical guidance and reference for the actual operation of the central heating project based on the related coal to gas based on the climate compensator system.
