High temperature environment exists widely in all walks of life.Working in high temperature environment will cause a series of physiological and psychological changes,such as body temperature,heart rate,thermal sensation,fatigue degree,and so on,which will affect the physical and mental health and work safety of workers.Through the heat acclimatization training,can improve the human body heat tolerance,reduce the impact of high temperature environment on the human body.But there is no unified index to reflect the heat acclimatization training effect in different conditions,therefore,this article first through the experimental method to study the heat acclimatization training influence on each index of the human body,and establish a combination of physiological and psychological parameters of the comprehensive index,in order to evaluate acclimatization training effect in different conditions,to provide a theoretical reference for future research of heat acclimatization.In this paper,a climate chamber was used to study the training of heat acclimatization,treadmill was used to simulate different training intensities,20 healthy male college students were selected as experimental samples and five sets of experimental conditions were set up.The combination of temperature,humidity and labor intensity under standard working conditions is 36?-50%-6km/h(simulating severe labor intensity),and the combination of temperature,humidity and labor intensity in the training mode were 38?-50%-6km/h,38?-50%-4km/h(simulating moderate labor intensity),36?-50%-6km/h,36?-50%-4km/h,34?-50%-6km/h,respectively.The experimental parameters included heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,rectal temperature,tympanic membrane temperature,skin temperature,heat strain score index,thermal sensation,thermal comfort and ratings of perceived exertion.From the experimental data analysis,we can see that,heat acclimatization training can reduce the effect of high temperature environment on human body,improve the thermal tolerance of human body,but under different conditions,the influence of heat acclimatization training on each index is different.Using factor analysis method,a combination of physiological and psychological parameters of the comprehensive index was established,and the training effect of heat acclimatization was evaluated under the condition of each group,and the main factors influencing the effect of heat acclimatization training were analyzed.The results show that,after the heat acclimatization training,comprehensive index values of each group of subjects(except B group)after exercise was significantly decreased,proved that heat acclimatization training plays a positive role on reducing thermal stress,and the main factor affecting the training effect of heat acclimatization is the labor intensity during training.Finally,according to the change rule of the comprehensive index value with the training times and the exercise time under different conditions,the prediction model of comprehensive index is established,and the validity of the model is verified.
