Maopoliang Tunnel,Taiyangzhai Tunnel and Shibanzhai No.1 Tunnel are the tunnel Works of Contracted Section 2 of Menghe Railway,which is 141 km long in total length and with designed speed of 120 km.There are 32 tunnels along the whole line and it is the key work of National's Great Western Development Strategy and Yunnan's Bridgehead Development.The three tunnels are 7,089 m,7,414 m and 4,429 m respectively,among which,the construction of Maopoliang Tunnel and Taiyangzhai Tunnel are under high temperature while the temperature of Shibanzhai No.1 Tunnel is relatively normal.With the increase of tunnel works,more tunnels will be constructed under the high temperature and geothermal heat conditions,but the influences of this kind of construction are not included in the railway quota yet.The thesis' s background is based on the three tunnels,it targets on the high temperature during tunnel construction and focuses on eight main work procedures,i.e.tunnel excavation,ballast delivery,lining concrete,lining concrete framework,shotcreting,reinforcement net,hollow anchor bolt and waterproof board.By analyzing and calculating,the labor and machinery cost of each work procedure of high temperature and normal temperature will be obtained,and finally the increase range of labor and machinery cost will be figured out;simultaneously the cost of temperature cooling and labor allowance will also be analyzed and calculated.It will provide a reference for quota analysis of other high temperature tunnels.In this thesis,the calculation of labor and machinery coefficient of the two kinds of tunnels are analyzed in details,the result shows that the labor cost and machinery shift cost are all increased a lot under the high temperature environment tunnel construction,and the temperature of this kind of tunnel also needs to be cooled down thus to reach a normal construction environment.The thesis concentrates on the analysis and calculation of a series of cooling measurements,such as ventilation,partial fan,water spraying and ice cube,so figures out the added value of temperature cooling for per linear meter.The calculation of the thesis is based on national and local regulations,as far as the different rules of different areas are concerned,the local regulations shall be put into consideration when analyzing and calculating the labor allowance.Lots of basic data adopted in this thesis are from the field record of the directorate of Contracted Section 2 of Menghe Railway and the project design technology program is also be referenced,moreover,the industrial cost standard for railway work adopted for Menghe Railway's quota compilation is also used for reference in the thesis.
