China has entered an accelerated phase of urbanization in the middle period,and urban development has gradually shifted from “incremental expansion” to “reserve and revitalize”.From the beginning of the simultaneous development of old and new areas,it has gradually transformed into an intrinsically-enhanced path of renewal of old district stocks.The urban renewal guided by stock development has become a new development direction of urban construction.It will promote the rational arrangement of urban resources,become an important measure to improve the space facilities and enhance the living standards of residents,and realize the sustainable development of space resources and living environment.The rapid development of rail transit in our country,when the site has been built into urban space has been built,it is unavoidable to pay attention to changes in the characteristics of residents’ activities,as well as residents’ pursuit of travel efficiency and life efficiency.How to adapt the single traffic travel function to the development direction of the city’s stock,and to carry out comprehensive development of the urban space status in the station area,China’s research and practice in this field has just started.Directly copying some existing research methods abroad is incompatible with China’s unique national conditions and urban development.It is imperative to explore a set of research methods that are suitable for the urban space status and planning of China’s station cities.The article starts from the residential metro station research object,uses the coupling analysis as the main research method,and takes the micro-renewal of commercial facilities in the station area as the entry point.It establishes “background research—frame construction—discovery problem—analysis problem—solve Problem-Design verification research process.The specific research content is as follows:The first chapter summarizes the new law and new phenomenon of rail transit and urban space by summarizing the background of reality and theoretical background.It also expounds the purpose and practical significance of the micro-renewal of commercial facilities in subway stations,and introduces the related research status.The second chapter summarizes and compares the current research methods and coupling analysis of station micro-renew in the field of rail transit,and defines “coupling analysis” as the research method of this paper.Further determined the two coupling elements of the SPSS and ArcGIS two coupling tools and residents activity characteristics and basic elements of commercial facilities for the micro-renewal of station commercial facilities;In the third chapter,a set of coupling obstacles evaluation system for commercial facilities in metro stations is designed based on the basic characteristics of commercial facilities.The results of a comprehensive investigation and in-depth investigation of the station area are evaluated,and the existing problems of commercial facilities in residential metro stations are found.Identify the next step in the analysis;The fourth chapter proposes a coupling analysis framework for existing problems,and conducts research on four aspects of business status,scale,location,and environment,and finds that there is an intrinsic correlation between them and residents’ activities,and uses the relationship between scale and intensity of use.The curve regression method obtains the optimal area for each format,and retains the correlation between the location of the facility and related factors to guide the next GIS site selection design.The fifth chapter selects the Hujialou station area as a design practice object,transforms the correlation between the location of the previous chapter facilities and relevant factors into the factor influence weights,and determines the layout of the commercial facilities in the Hujialou station area on the basis of the stock analysis of the station area.The optimal area of the commercial facilities in the previous chapter was designed to design the overall distribution of commercial facilities in the outbound domain.Finally,the coupling optimization obstacle evaluation method is used to evaluate and verify the optimization results.In the face of new problems arising from the completion of rail transit implantation,a combination of SPSS and ArcGIS software is used to design a set of more systematic research methods based on the direction of the city’s development of the existing stocks.The correlation between the internal factors of the problem and the analysis of the problem to the relevance guides the design practice and the final coupling obstacle evaluation system evaluates the design practice.It is not only a supplement to the original station space research method,but also provides a new idea for the future micro-renew research of urban space.
