Guinea is a developing country of approximately 14 million people in 2016 that possesses the world's largest reserves of bauxite and largest untapped high-grade iron ore reserves,as well as gold and diamonds. The country also has tremendous agriculture potential.Gold, bauxite, and diamonds are Guinea's main exports.International investors have shown interest in Guinea's unexplored mineral reserves, which have the potential to propel Guinea's future growth.Despite this economic potential, the country is still struggling to start real economic development, with a land;rail and maritime transport system that no longer meet up with the standard due to lack of infrastructures and the rehabilitation of the air transport system could open up the country to the investors from every part of the world. This will improve the economic exchanges within the country;and other neighboring countries. After the collapse of the National Airline in 2002 due to the following reasons: Bad Management,Interference from Governments, lack of financial resources, and Army conflict.Recently, the Guinean Government attempted to create a New National Airline Company, this was not successful as a result of the following factors: Insufficient technical know-how and financial experience of the chosen partners(AIR RWANDA),Low rate of mobilization of financial resources by the State and its financial Partners to constitute and manage the capital of the Company, and an Unplanned feasibility study of the project were made to evaluate its profitability of the business. For an effective revival of the national airline,it is proposed that there should be an alliance between Big and Small Companies, and there should be cooperation between the management of the developing countries as stated in this thesis.
