The completion of the Human Genome Project and the publication of a large number of genome sequences have brought about rapid development of molecular diagnostics and have led directly to a revolutionary breakthrough in in vitro diagnostic technology.At present,molecular diagnostic technology has been applied to the detection,prevention and screening of tumors,genetic diseases,infectious diseases,organ transplantation,and neurological diseases.The aptamers screened by Cell-SELEX technology that can be combined with cells provide a new way for the development of new medicines and biotechnology.The advantages of this technology make nucleic acid aptamers widely used in many fields such as tumor detection,biosensors,gene chips,and new drug development.However,if using Cell-SELEX method to achieve high-specificity aptamer screening by hand,a series of complicated experimental operations are needed,and the screening period is too long.Therefore,the realization of the mechanization and automation of the Cell-SELEX screening process is of great significance for improving the screening efficiency of aptamers and for promoting the clinical molecular diagnosis of aptamers.To this end,our research group designed a nucleic acid aptamer screening device based on a fully enclosed cartridge.This paper is aimed ating at developing a platform software system for this instrument to better meet the functional design and automation control requirements of the aptamer screening instrument.The software platform of the screening instrument which was designed and developed on the basis of our previous research consists of a PC control software and a touch screen control program.The PC control software needs to divide the module and design the human-computer interaction interface according to the function design of the screening instrument.Based on this,the logic business of each function module was programmed and tested.The PC control software allows the user to perform a programmable experimental flow design through graphical interactions.The experimental monitoring interface achieves the display of the internal state of the instrument and the tracking of the temperature through multithreading.This paper also presents a touch screen program developed for the instrument,enabling the instrument to perform full and accurate control of the instrument without a PC,which can meet the portable application need of the instrument.The interface of this software system is simple,friendly,interactive,and easy to use.In order to verify the validity and reliability of the platform software,the aptamer screening device developed by us completed the aptamer screening experiment of HepG2 cells successfully under the control of the platform software.The experimental results show that the software system developed by us runs smoothly and can be combined with the hardware system of the instrument to realize the task of automated nucleic acid aptamer screening.
