Research On Integrated Protection And Utilization Of Modern Industrial Heritage

After the advent of the industrial era,a large number of industrial enterprises have moved from urban centers to the outside for relieving the exclusion of traditional industries and seeking to break through their ownselves along with the rapid development of economic society and the promotion of the urban industrial structure.The nature of the left land has been changed is favored by the land agents and the creative industry.As the important space carrier of social development and continuity of urban culture,the remaining industrial buildings continue to play the important role.Under the background of urban renewal,how to protect and reuse the modern industrial heritage properly and realize the organic integration of the past and updated systems has become an important topic of the current heritage conservation in China.Although the research on Industrial Heritage in China is late relatively,the domestic practice experience and related research is not enough to form the complete theory,the significance of industrial heritage have gradually formed a universal consensus by all sectors of the society.The First Batch of China Industrial Heritage Conservation List released in January 2018 makes our industrial heritage protection and utilization more scientific and standardized.Combined with urban renewal,it promotes the rapid development of urban culture,economy,environmental protection and resource utilization.As a modern industrial complex with a large scale and a long historical span in China,Creative Industry Park 1865 has the representativeness and particularity.The research on the industrial buildings in the park is conducive to fully understand the development and evolution of modern industrial buildings in China and to summarize the adaptive transformation methods of modern industrial heritage.According to the current status of industrial buildings,this paper summarizes the adaptive renovation methods of modern industrial buildings.This paper selects the representative architecture as the specific research objects of different periods of Creative Industrial Parks 1865,through field investigation and survey,based on the summary of related research system of domestic and abroad experience,and exploring the problems in the renovation of industrial heritage buildings from in;On base of relevant system research and summarizing domestic and foreign experiences,this paper reveals the comprehensive value foundation and value evaluation system of industrial buildings in different periods,and provides a correct value orientation for the effective protection and rational reuse of modern industrial buildings;At last,this paper sorts out the historical context of the representative buildings in different periods and reveals the wisdom of architectural creation.At the structural,spatial and functional levels,a strategy for the protection and reuse of modern industrial buildings is initially constructed,which gives rich spiritual and cultural connotations to industrial heritage.
