In recent years,with the rapid development of solar power,large-scale photovoltaic(hereinafter referred to as “PV”)power plants have been gradually connected to the grid.However,the fluctuation and intermittent of the PV power plants has limited the capacity of the power grid.In addition,the power generation equipment in PV power plants has different operating characteristics compared with those in other new energy power station or substation / traditional power plants.The existing monitoring methods directly affect the effective grid connection and scientific operation management of PV power plants.Besides,it is located in sparsely populated areas and occupies a large area.The operating power generation equipment is dispersed and the data acquisition of the monitoring system cannot reach the level of photovoltaic modules.In that case,the failure of local power generation equipment is not easily noticeable which will easily cause an increase in failures and cumulative losses in power generation.The above factors have seriously affected the development of PV industry.In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks in the field of PV power plants monitoring,this thesis introduces the network structure and application functions of the integrated monitoring system in PV power plants at the beginning.It also investigates and analyzes the current operation and maintenance requirements of PV power generation enterprises.On this basis,four key technologies in the field of scale PV power generation monitoring are studied and implemented.Firstly,fault-warning technology of the confluence box of PV power plants.By analyzing and reasoning the real-time data and historical data information from the monitoring system of PV power plants,this technology provides an early warning of potential failure points in the confluence box.Secondly,warning technology of unusual attenuation rate of PV modules.This technology analyzes historical data of the branch current of confluence box associated with PV generation component strings,and provides an early warning to the PV element string with unusual attenuation rate.Thirdly,the rapid centralized control technology of power generation equipment in PV power plants.It adopts the control mode of the instantaneous large number of operation points,issues the control instruction technology and achieves rapid centralized control in combination with multi-control principles.Fourthly,active power control technology in PV power plants.The technology is implemented by embedding program modules into the PV monitoring software system.In order to improve the function of the existing PV power station monitoring system,four technical achievements are applied to the integrated monitoring system.It is proved by practice that the technologies are reasonable and effective.They have improved the operation and maintenance efficiency and met the needs of automation management in PV power generation enterprises.
