Flight operation quality monitoring mainly collects all kinds of parameters during flight operation,including environmental parameters,aircraft system parameters and pilot operation parameters.Airlines and civil aviation authorities use these data to monitor and organize reviews of overrun incidents,so as to continuously improve pilots' operational level and identify other threats,and to improve industry safety through training and risk management measures.At present,the use of flight quality monitoring system data is mainly focused on the comment of the over-limit events themselves and the primary statistical analysis.There is still insufficient work to discover the operation characteristics of the unit and the technical characteristics of the unit,and there are still some areas to be improved.At present,in the process of analyzing the over-limit events,it is mainly depended on professional personnel to download QAR data on the server,and then send it to professional pilots for analysis.This analysis is more based on personal flight experience and other parameters collected.The method is subjective.It is an attempt and challenge for the current flight quality monitoring that how to judge the flight operation risk macroscopically and then take some control measures.In this paper,we try to use the linear regression method to mine the factors affecting the decline rate,determine the weight of each factor,and establish the regression equation to provide a reference for professionals.The purpose of flight quality monitoring is to find out the risks in flight and formulate risk control measures accordingly,so as to reduce the risk level and make the operation safer.In this paper,the principal component analysis method is used to evaluate the risk of a single approach,which is verified by historical data.
