Refined simplified neutrosophic sets(RSNSs)have been successfully applied in multiple criteria and multiple attributes decision-making problems considering their components independently(truth components,indeterminate components and falsity components).In this research,we present the similarity measures of RSNSs based on trigonometric functions including tangent and cotangent functions together with logarithmic function.In the proposed decision making,the importance of each element/attribute and each subelement/sub-attribute in RSNSs is considered by their weighted values.We propose the RSNS weighted similarity measures and their multiple attribute decision-making(MADM)method with RSNS information.In the proposed MADM process,the developed method provides the construction of the ideal alternative from the suggested alternatives.By comparing the weighted similarity measures values between alternatives and the ideal alternative according to the given attributes and their sub-attribute weights,this method provides the evaluated alternatives' ranking order according to the values of their similarity measures,and then the highest value is considered as the best alternative.Then,an illustrative MADM example in construction project management with RSNS information is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed MADM method under RSNS environments.This research extends existing methods in previous literature review and provides a new application for the RSNS similarity measures based MADM method in an environment containing both attributes' weight and their dependent sub-attributes' weights.
