With the development of the world and China's economy,the volume of fuel vehicles has been steadily increased.However,the development of the automobile industry has also increased the consumption of oil.Energy crisis and environmental pollution have paid more and more attention.As the new energy vehicles,especially for the pure electric vehicles which is the cleaner and more environmentally friendly choices.Therefore,many countries are issuing and implementing various policies to promote and stimulate the development of electric vehicles.China also hopes to achieve substantial development in the field of electric vehicles and achieve "curve overtaking".Power supply is the key to popularize electric vehicles and the key direction of electric vehicle company.Based on the standpoint of electric vehicle production enterprises,this paper sorts out and analyzes the external environment and internal environment faced by enterprises.By using PEST model,this paper summarizes the key points of electric vehicle development policies at home and abroad,the current situation of power supply mode selection,and the analysis of the internal value chain of the enterprise,and then to summarize the current advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise.According to the actual application of electric power supply mode of electric vehicles in China,combined with SWOT matrix analysis and Porter's five forces model analysis methods and according to the actual situation of the enterprise,the power supply business strategy is put forward.Through horizontal comparison and analysis of the current power supply strategy and development process adopted by mainstream electric vehicle enterprises,this paper issues a basic proposal and conclusion through analysis and demonstration.As a startup with certain pressure on capital,it is more advantageous to adopt the mode of conventional charging and rapid charging,which is a mode of full cooperation and win-win with relevant suppliers,and also the preferred and development-focused power supply mode for startups at the present stage.
