With the continuous development of the e-commerce industry,the demand for urban logistics and distribution vehicles has increased year by year.The urban environmental pollution and petroleum energy consumption problems have become more and more serious.“Green logistics” has become the goal and trend of urban logistics and distribution transformation.Electric logistics vehicles become the preferred transportation to achieve urban distribution and reduce environmental pollution.With the gradual improvement of the charging infrastructure construction,the power supply methods of electric vehicles have become more diversified,and the cost of distribution logistics is affected by different power supply methods.In this context,electric vehicles routing problem considering different power supply methods studied has important practical guiding significance for the optimization of the logistics distribution network.Firstly,existing problems and causes of urban logistics distribution of a logistics company are analyzed.A scientific and reasonable logistics distribution plan is formulated combined with the power supply method of electric logistics vehicles starting from the basic situation of electric logistics vehicles and charging infrastructure.Secondly,the clustering index is determined according to the multiple attributes of the actual order of the enterprise.The k-means clustering algorithm is used to effectively integrate the customer’s order to improve its resource utilization rate and provide customers with personalized services.Third,in view of the impact of different charging methods of electric logistics vehicles on the distribution cost,the customer’s time window,battery power and other constraints are considered.The routing problem model for electric logistics vehicles in charging mode and power exchange mode is established respectively considering multiple constraints such as customer time window,battery power and considering minimize the total delivery cost as the main target.An artificial fish school algorithm that considers the charging facility node and the way of recharging electricity is designed.Finally,the electric logistics vehicle distribution path under the three charging modes of full charge,partial charge,and power exchange are solved combined with the actual data of the enterprise and the simulation software.Compared with the routing problem results of the three ways,the result shows the electric method is more suitable for urban logistics.And compared with the full charging method,the partial charging method has more advantages.The customers are grouped according to the multiple attributes of customer orders in the thesis.The logistics resources are integrated effectively,customer satisfaction is improved.The electric vehicles routing problem considering different power supply modes can not only reduce the logistics and distribution costs of enterprises,but also achieve the purpose of environmental protection and energy-saving.The research results can provide certain references for the optimization of the logistics distribution network of the enterprise.
