With the rapid development of the construction industry,high-rise buildings are becoming higher and more flexible.They are also more sensitive to wind loads.Therefore,it is urgent to study the overall wind resistance reliability of tall buildings.Based on the research of structural reliability and performance design methods,the calculation method of integral wind-resistance reliability is proposed,and the reliability of integral wind-resistance and comfort of high-rise frame-shear structures is studied,which mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,the characteristics of wind loads are clarified,and the influence of wind loads on high-rise structures is emphasized.A performance-based wind-resistant design method for structures is proposed.The theoretical framework and flow chart of performance-based wind-resistant design are established.The performance-based wind-resistant design method is compared with the traditional design method.Then,the structural reliability evaluation methods are compared and analyzed,and the application conditions and limitations of each method are pointed out.In this paper,because the expression of the vertex displacement of the frame-shear structure is difficult to express,the response surface method is used to fit the expression and calculate the reliability.In this process,the uncertain factors affecting the vertex displacement of the structure are determined by sensitivity analysis.Finally,the wind resistance of a high-rise frame-core tube structure is simulated by using the finite element analysis software-ABAQUS.Based on the finite element analysis,the random variables affecting the vertex displacement of the structure are determined.The response surface of the vertex displacement of the high-rise building under wind load is constructed.The limit state equation is established,and the reliability index of the vertex displacement of the structure is calculated.The results meet the standard requirements of structural reliability.In addition,according to the maximum wind vibration acceleration,the comfort reliability of the structure is analyzed and calculated.The results show that the structure meets the functional requirements of the owners.
