Structural wind engineering is a young research field, wind-resistant design ofsuper high-rise building in the frontier research of structural wind engineering, itemerge as the times require to promote the flourishing development of urbanization inChina. Which is contrary to it, our researches on the design of wind-resistant andwind-induced vibration comfort are relatively backward. Design processes are oftenlack of reasonable basis and standard, so that we can’t control the security and economyof high-rise building. Herein, researches on the comfort of super high-rise building inthe big city center due to wind-induced vibration are carried on thoroughly based on thetheory of reliability, analysis and design methods are introduced, aiming to provide thereferences for the future engineering design.The major contents are summarized as follows:①Briefly introduce the background of the vibration comfort of high-rise building,put forward the problems and deficiencies by comparing the codes of some countries.②Based on R5building, located on Riyueguang Square, Chongqing Monumentfor Liberation, according to GB(50009-2012), and combine with formula provided byChina Standard, the probability distribution model and statistic parameters of themaximum acceleration of vertex in the alongwind and crosswind directions arepresented here. With the combination of response surface method to reconstructperformance function and Monte Carlo method, random reliability is obtained.③Based on the wing stochastic field, the wind-induced dynamic response intime-domain is analyzed. Referring to the theory of harmonic superposition, thesimulation of the wind velocity time history of along-wind dynamic response has beencarried out based on stochastic Fourier spectrum, then simulating the wind velocity timehistory of cross-wind dynamic response, based on lift spectrum recommended by Sun Yi,verify similarity between the simulate power spectrum and the target spectrum. Aidedby the finite element program, the maximum acceleration of the peak along-wind,cross-wind are obtained. Based on dynamic reliability theory, the vibration comfort ofdynamic reliability is obtained.④By using the theory of fuzzy mathematics, the limit value of comfort isregarded as a fuzzy set, reasonable membership function is selected based on the basisof annoyance rate in psychophysiology, fuzzy reliabilities about the maximum acceleration of vertex of buildings subjected to wind loads, the probability distributionand statistic parameters about the maximum acceleration of vertex are producedaccording to the GB(50009-2012). On the basis of different degree of confidence,human comfortableness and fuzzy reliability analysis method of tall building areadvised.
