With the increasing global warming caused by the large amount of greenhouse gas emissions,energy conservation and emission reduction has become the focus of attention in the world.Construction is one of the industries that emit most greenhouse gases.Large amounts of energy are consumed and greenhouse gases are generated during the construction and use of buildings,so the research on building energy consumption and carbon emissions is of great urgency.This paper mainly focuses on the component production stage,taking the fabricated composite plate with large amount of use and high degree of automatic production as an example.Based on the measured calculation of energy consumption and carbon emission values of fabricated composite plates in the production process,the differences between energy consumption and carbon emissions produced by the same plant in different seasonal production processes are studied,and the targeted energy saving and emission reduction directions are put forward.First of all,on the basis of in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign literatures on energy consumption and carbon emission estimation of industrialized buildings,this paper divides the industrialized chain of industrial buildings into the following five as component production,transportation,construction,operation,maintenance and demolition.Secondly,because the biggest difference between different seasons is temperature,it is found in the investigation that the part of the production process of fabricated composite plate affected by temperature includes steam maintenance and the use of auxiliary equipment.The carbon emission factor method is used to measure the carbon emissions and the measurement results are compared and analyzed.The northern plant opens the boiler for steam-cured throughout the year,the carbon emissions in summer are 74.27 kg/m3,in transition season are 84.89kg/m3 and in winter are 105.96 kg/m3.Energy consumption and carbon emissions in winter are much higher than those in transition season and summer.And the use of natural gas,which accounts for more than 80%of the total carbon emissions from the production process,is one of the most important factors affecting energy consumption and carbon emissions.The southern plate increasing auxiliary equipment use in summer,the carbon emissions in transition season and winter are 5.40kg/m3,in summer are 6.73 kg/m3.Under the condition of annual natural conservation,the energy consumption and carbon emissions of southern plant in summer are slightly higher than those of transition season and winter,and the carbon emissions of auxiliary equipment are close to 20%of the total carbon emissions of production process.In the proportion of carbon emissions per unit,the auxiliary equipment ranks second,equal to the concrete mixing station,which is the reason for seasonal differences in energy consumption and carbon emissions in the component production stage of fabricated composite plates.Finally,based on the energy consumption and carbon emission measurement results and analysis conclusions,this paper puts forward the direction of energy saving and emission reduction,including improving the level of information technology of plants,increase the application of renewable energy such as solar energy,reducing the frequency of steam-cured without affecting the construction period.It is suggested that the plant arrange the time limit reasonably according to the seasonal difference of energy consumption and carbon emission,and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction to the maximum extent. |
