| Due to the high energy consumption and carbon emission in the construction industry,energy conservation and emission reduction have become the main measures to achieve the sustainable development goal of the construction industry.A method of calculating energy consumption and carbon emission of wallboard is summarized.According to the quantified energy consumption and carbon emission,different types of building model calculation examples are given to analyze the specific energy consumption and carbon emission.The study mainly focuses on the production,transportation,construction and use of prefabricated residential building wallboard.The calculation boundary of energy consumption and carbon emission in each stage is identified.The calculation methods of energy consumption and carbon emission in each stage are described.The theoretical calculation formulas of energy consumption and carbon emission used in these four stages are given respectively,and the calculation results are represented by standard coal.According to the characteristics of each stage,three research methods are selected to quantify the energy consumption and carbon emission of wallboard.The quantification of energy consumption and carbon emission in the production stage adopts the practical measurement method.Obtain energy consumption and carbon emission data through real-time monitoring of production equipment;In the use stage,the data is obtained by means of simulation calculation.Firstly,according to the requirements of architectural thermal design,typical cities(Beijing,Shanghai,Harbin and guangzhou)were selected,and their outdoor hourly temperature data were used as heat transfer simulation parameters.Fluent software was used to simulate and analyze the heat transfer situation of the wallboard in the use stage and the heat transfer situation of the wallboard connection thermal bridge,and the energy consumption and carbon emission data were obtained.The energy consumption and carbon emission data at the stage of wallboard transportation and construction are calculated by the empirical formula method.According to the basic data of energy consumption and carbon emission of the wallboard in each stage and the corresponding accounting method,the project of "NO.5 building in Shanghai Yulanyayuan residential area" is analyzed with an example,and the total energy consumption,carbon emission and the proportion of each stage of the wallboard are obtained.In other words,the total energy consumption of the building wallboard of the whole project is 1366701.72kgce,and and 4409057.96kgCO2 is generated.In the production,transportation,construction and use stages,the energy consumption accounts for 0.87%,3.03%,6.42%and 89.68%respectively,and the carbon emission accounts for 0.52%,2.12%,20.22%and 77.14%respectively.It can be seen that the energy consumption and carbon emission of the wallboard are the highest in the use stage,followed by the construction stage,which can account for more than 95%of the total energy consumption,indicating that reducing the energy consumption of the building is the main measure to achieve the low-carbon development of the building.Finally,based on the data of the accounting model,the energy consumption(carbon emission)proportion of wallboard in each stage with the change of building service cycle is studied.It can be seen that after 50 years of use,the energy consumption and carbon emission in the wallboard production stage can be ignored.After 70 years,the energy consumption in the construction and transportation stage and the carbon emission in the transportation stage can be ignored. |
