At this stage,the construction industry has made more and more progress because of incresingly high lever of China's economy.During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period,the state implements the “double control” policy of total energy consumption and intensity,energy conservation and emission reduction,and early realization of carbon emission decoupling.It has become the key target for China's future development.During the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period,the total output value of the national construction industry has increased relatively,with an average annual growth rate of 7%.In the total construction output value of the country,the building energy consumption is relatively comparative.That's about one-fifth to one-third of China's total energy consumption.It can be seen from the development trend of building energy consumption in China and the experience of building energy consumption abroad,by 2020,the terminal energy consumption of buildings in China will account for 35% of the total energy consumption of the whole society,and may become the main growth point of the total energy consumption in China in the next 40 years.As one of the three major energy consumption sectors,the construction industry is committed to the development and strengthening of building energy conservation goals,using different building energy saving means to reduce energy consumption in the process of building operation.It is a significant link for building energy conservation in China to establish the benchmark evaluation method of building energy consumption and implement the norm management system of building energy consumption for buildings.This paper focuses on the civil building energy consumption characteristics of energy consumption in our country,based on the China statistical yearbook,construction enterprise statistical yearbook and statistical yearbook of China's urban construction and give full consideration to China energy statistical yearbook,on all domestic civil building energy consumption and area are calculated,and then analyzed our country civil building energy intensity change over the years of development,USES the structural equation model,through the "twelfth five-year" before and after the economic base,land supply,total population,the development and change of building energy efficiency level,selected national civil building energy consumption intensity of explanatory variables,Multiple linear regression analysis was carried out by SPSS and Origin software to establish the characteristic model of energy intensity of civil buildings in China,and then the accuracy verification and demonstration of the model were carried out.Finally,sensitivity analysis was carried out to analyze the sensitivity of various explanatory variables to energy intensity of public buildings in China.In this paper,the representative provinces and cities corresponding to various climates are selected,namely,heilongjiang province is represented by cold region,Beijing is represented by cold region,Shanghai is represented by hot summer and cold winter region,guangdong is represented by hot summer and warm winter region,and sichuan is represented by mild region.The five provinces and cities through the civil building energy consumption characteristics of the above model to calculate the 2010-2016,including heating and without heating the provinces and cities of building energy consumption intensity,and analyze each driving factor for each different climate zones of civil building energy consumption intensity,and divisions of climate zones,analysis of various provinces and cities shows that climate temperature for the influence of civil building energy consumption intensity.Finally,through the analysis of building energy consumption characteristic model and driving factors in Beijing,the trend of building energy consumption characteristic in the next few years is predicted.This paper combines the research status of building energy consumption characteristics in China and makes the following improvements and innovations:(1)It improved the differences and deficiencies in the statistical calculation of civil building area and building energy consumption in China.Based on the full consideration of relevant building area data,such as China statistical yearbook,the Taylor series neural network method was used to calculate the civil building area data in China.Based on the energy balance table of China in China EnergyStatistics Yearbook,the energy consumption of civil buildings in China was calculated in detail.In turn,the energy consumption characteristics of Chinese buildings in the whole time period could be obtained.(2)Through the "twelfth five-year" before and after the change of the building energy consumption in our country,application of structural equation model analysed of China's economic base,land supply,the change of the total population and energy level,the influence of combining literature research to select suitable civil building energy consumption characteristics of explanatory variables,using SPSS software tools and Origin,multiple linear regression analysis and sensitivity impact study,explored the various explanatory variables for the trend of building energy consumption characteristics of impact strength and influence.(3)In this paper,we introduce the civil building energy consumption characteristics of model are used to calculate the representative cities and provinces of several main building climate area,the effects of climate on building energy consumption characteristics are analyzed,and finally to Beijing as an example,the civil building energy consumption characteristics of the model are applied to study the characteristics of building energy consumption in recent years,development and characteristics of building energy consumption in the future trend and the trend is forecasted,for different province in China building energy consumption analysis and forecasting provides a theoretical tool.
