Urban rail transit is widely favored by the public for its advantages of large volume,high speed,convenience and environmental-friendly.More and more passengers choose urban rail transit to travel As a typical operation mode of urban rail transit,subway is generally in a relatively closed environment.With the gradual increase of passenger flow,passenger travel safety will be greatly threatened and traffic operation efficiency will decrease when emergency occurs.Based on the background of outburst mass passenger flow events and from the view of information service,this paper puts forward the basic framework of information service system and focuses on the weakness of information service in China,so as to study the information service frequency.The main contents are as follows:(1)The basic framework of information service system has been set up.Based on the existing information service mode in China,the information service system is constructed from three aspects:the operation mode of information service,the management system of information service and the information service plan.Service system expounds the whole process of information service from a macro perspective,and under the guarantee of information service management system,analyses the key process of information constitute and delivery from a micro perspective.The framework standardizes the information service execution process from the overall level,and also points out the deficiencies in the process,which indicates the direction for the follow-up research.(2)In this section,a method for determining frequency range of information service based on passenger flow dissipation rate is proposed.Taking passenger flow dissipation rate as the concrete manifestation of information service utility,we construct a large passenger flow dissipation rate model under multi-factor influence.This model takes into account the effect of information stimulating on passengers,the influence of passenger psychological pressure on information acceptance and the utility of information itself from both subjective and objective aspects.Finally,a more reasonable information service frequency range is determined through a practical example.(3)This chapter studies the reasonable frequency of information service based on the satisfaction degree of passenger information service.Firstly,a questionnaire survey is conducted to investigate the factors that affect passenger satisfaction in outburst mass passenger flow environment Four indicators that affect passenger satisfaction are determined by the inspection results of SPSS.Then,based on this a combined optimization satisfaction model is proposed,and optimum solution of the model is obtained by genetic algorithm.Finally,the optimal information service frequency under outburst mass passenger flow environment is determined.(4)This chapter verifies the validity of the above model.Taking Wukesong Station of Beijing Subway Line 1 as an example,the paper use AnyLogic software to establish the simulation physical environment,and simulate the effect of different information service frequencies on passengers' distribution under outburst mass passenger flow environment,which provides support for the theoretical model of this study.
