Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Cityscape In ChangZhi City Based On "Ecological Rehabilitation And Urban Refurbishment"

Cityscape is an important factor to form the attraction and vitality of a city.It is a visual display of the urban culture and a channel for the city to show itself to the outside world.In the process of rapid urbanization in China,cities are expanding rapidly,and the issue of losing control in cityscape is becoming more and more prominent.Thus,how to optimize cityscape has become an unavoidable challenge in urban development.Many cities across the country have made relevant attempts,including the compilation of cityscape planning and cityscape control guidelines,but in reality there is very few being effective.Nowadays,the notion of urban development has changed,and new concepts of urban construction are emerging.By introducing the new concept called "Ecological Rehabilitation and Urban Refurbishment" in urban construction and governance,this paper has taken the cityscape of Changzhi city as the research object,in aiming to explore more practical,demonstrable and sustainable cityscape optimization strategies,and further to provide new ideas for future cityscape optimization.This paper starts with introducing some cityscape notions and the related concepts of "Ecological Rehabilitation and Urban Refurbishment".Then it summarizes both domestic and foreign the relevant theoretical researches and practices that cityscape and the theory "Ecological Rehabilitation and Urban Refurbishment".Then,This paper points out that the optimization of cityscape is not only controlling the overall cityscape to form a pattern of the good cityscape,it should also consider the perspective from urban development when proposing the cityscape optimization strategy.Then through the analysis of researches on cityscape system,cityscape is then considered as a complex adaptive system.The formation of the constituent elements of cityscape system is divided into two major parts,which are the physical environment elements and spiritual environment elements,they could be further subdivided into four categories: urban natural ecological environment;architectural form;urban open space;and urban culture elements.Next,the paper systematically analyzes the current condition of the cityscape of Changzhi city,in order to summarize this cityscape characteristics in its landscape pattern and urban culture.At the same time,the paper also outlines the problems of its disorderly construction and lack of unique features,then the causes of these issues would be provided.Finally,under the guidance of the concept "Ecological Rehabilitation and Urban Refurbishment",the basic principles of cityscape optimization such as uniformity,internal and external refurbishment,implementability,demonstrability and sustainability are put forward.The paper also proposes the overall control of the cityscape with "top down" method and the two-way optimization path of "bottom up" cityscape gradual optimization.And lastly,the paper gives specific overall cityscape optimization strategies,cityscape optimization implementation strategies and cityscape optimization guarantee strategies to respond to the current situation of Changzhi city.
