| Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China’s urbanization process has been rapid development,and in the process of urbanization,the disorderly expansion of construction land has brought many problems,such as environmental pollution,traffic congestion,farmland reduction and so on.In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the construction of ecological civilization,was written into the Constitution for the first time,which means that China is moving towards a new era of socialist ecological civilization.The reorganization of the country’s top institutions and the major decision-making and deployment to achieve"integration of multiple planning" marked the arrival of a new era of land space planning.In this context,it is extremely important to combine urban space growth with ecological protection and demarcate urban growth boundary scientifically.This study established three evaluation systems:spatial ecological importance evaluation,important ecological source area identification,and cultivated land production function evaluation,and more than 20 indexes including natural factors,human factors and cultivated land quality factors were selected to evaluate and grade the urban space of Xiamen scientifically and reasonably,so as to construct the ecological background of Xiamen.And extract the ecological corridors within the city by using the minimum cumulative resistance model.Based on the ecological background,the rigid urban growth boundary was delineated.With the help of FLUS model,the land use change in Xiamen in 2030 was simulated and predicted,and the preliminary elastic boundary was obtained.Using urban ecological corridor to optimize the boundary and delimit the elastic urban growth boundary.Finally,based on the corridor,the urban spatial pattern of Xiamen was constructed.The study drew the following conclusions:(1)Xiamen was rich in ecological resources.The area with high ecological value was 73093.57 hectares,accounting for 42.97%of the total land area of the city.It mainly distributed in the north of Xiamen,was the core area of natural ecology.It needed to be protected with emphasis and strictly controlled all activities unrelated to the improvement of ecosystem quality and primary restoration of ecological protection.(2)According to the urban growth boundary defined by the study,the limit area of urban growth was 85082.54 hectares,while the urban rigid protection area was 84927.15 hectares,which mainly concentrated in the north of Xiamen and served as an important ecological barrier,and played an extremely important role in the protection of natural ecology and biodiversity of Xiamen.The elastic urban area was 52887.14 hectares.It mainly concentrated in the south of Xiamen.The city will mainly develop to Haicang district,Jimei district,Tongan district and Xiang’an district in the future.The geographical environment of Xiamen,which is located in the north by mountains and in the south by sea,is the main reason for the formation of such a urban spatial pattern.(3)The ecological corridor was divided into urban river greenway,urban leisure greenway and urban natural greenway.Based on the ecological corridor,Xiamen was divided into four urban groups:urban development center,agricultural concentration area,cultural and educational center area and industrial concentration area,forming a spatial pattern distribution of "one screen,four districts,six corridors" in Xiamen. |
