Research On Connection Space Design Of Commercial Complex And Metro Station Hall

In 2018,the Central Urban Work Conference held in Beijing put forward the requirements of sustainable development,livability improvement and urban ecological environment improvement.Under this background,commercial complex and metro are important components of urban functional space.It is of great significance to study the design of connecting space between them to improve the city's intensive,efficient and humanized.Because the commercial complex is the main carrier of urban activities,and the subway station is an important traffic node in the city.Metro is fast and convenient,which can connect the business of several surrounding areas,expand the radiation scope of commercial real estate,and increase the business agglomeration effect.And the increase of commercial passenger flow will also lead to the increase of fare income,forming a feedback to the subway.So the connection between commerce and subway is very necessary,and it is also the future development trend.Especially with the acceleration of urbanization in China,the construction of commercial complex and subway has entered a rapid development stage.However,although there are a lot of in-depth studies on the macro-design level of the integration of commercial buildings and Metro at home and abroad,there is a lack of systematic and perfect design theory and methods on the micro-level of the design of the connecting space between commercial complex and metro.As a result,there are many problems in the design of connecting space between the two in the actual project,such as inconvenient connection selection,hidden dangers of safe evacuation,lack of attractiveness of single function composition,lack of comfort of space environment and cultural display,and so on.Many problems need our in-depth discussion and research.Therefore,through the combination of consulting and field research,this paper summarizes the relevant theories of the design of the connecting space between commercial complex and metro,summarizes the existing problems of various functions,cultural presentation and psychological feelings,and analyses the influencing factors of the design of the connecting space.Finally,through the design study of the actual project,the design objectives,design principles and improvement strategies are put forward.This paper mainly discusses the following parts:Chapter 1 is the introduction,which discusses the background,significance,purpose,related concepts,research object and scope,research methods and framework of the paper.Chapter 2 is the research status at home and abroad.At present,there is a lack of research on the connection mode,form and space environment of connecting space.This chapter includes domestic and foreign research reviews and excellent case studies at home and abroad.Chapter 3 investigates on-the-spot the connecting space of six main metro lines and commercial complexes along the lines in Beijing,investigates 21 connecting spaces,and summarizes the problems existing in connecting spaces,including the disconnection between commercial complexes and Metro construction,poor spatial accessibility,single functional form,poor physical environment quality and unreasonable disaster prevention design.Chapter 4 puts forward the influencing factors of the connecting space between the two,including the type of subway station,the connecting scale,the relative position of commercial complex and the subway,the characteristics of crowd usage and the physical environment.Chapter 5 takes Tianjin Binhai Wanda project as an example to verify the design case.In this chapter,the advantages and problems of connecting space are analyzed;the design objectives of safety,convenience and comfort are put forward;the design principles of integrity,functional diversity,humanization and security are summarized;and the improvement strategies of setting sinking square,increasing connecting ports,expanding commerce and culture are put forward.Chapter 6 summarizes the existing problems of connecting space,the influencing factors of connecting space,the design objectives and principles of connecting space,and the improvement strategies of Tianjin Binhai Wanda connecting space.Connecting space design is a systematic and complex problem,involving many departments and professions.It needs the joint efforts and consultation of all parties to complete.Whether the design of connecting space is reasonable or not will directly affect users' psychological feelings and the economic benefits of commercial complex.Therefore,the study of connection space design needs to be more indepth,specific and detailed.
