Research On Construction Management Strategy Of Renovation Project Of Medical Architecture From The Perspective Of Humanity

Currently,the main contradictions in our society have been transformed into the contradiction between the needs of the people's growing and better life and the development of unbalanced and inadequate development.This contradiction is reflected in the medical and health services that are currently the high-quality and efficient medical services for our residents.On the one hand,with the acceleration of China's urbanization process and the improvement of people's living standards,the people's demand for quality and university medical and health services is increasing.On the other hand,many hospitals have a relatively early construction period,and the infrastructure is generally aging,which can no longer meet the needs of contemporary people for medical treatment,and it is urgent to carry out various transformation activities.At the same time,medical building renovation is a complex system engineering.In the process of transformation,it usually affects the normal development of hospital medical activities and damages the legitimate rights and interests of patients,thus causing doctor-patient disputes and reducing the economic benefits of medical building renovation projects.Taking 22 municipal hospitals in Beijing as an example,this paper systematically and deeply analyzes the interests of hospitals and patients in medical building reconstruction through questionnaires and field research,and analyzes the evolutionary game path of hospitals and patients through evolutionary game theory.,to find the equilibrium point of the game between the two sides.Through the above research,this paper proposes a strategy for improving the level of medical building management in hospitals.The research content is mainly divided into five parts.This paper first introduces the research background,research significance,research methods,research methods,research status at home and abroad,and the technical roadmap of the article,which is the basis of this research.Secondly,it expounds medical architecture,existing building renovation and game theory.The main focus is to determine the scope and boundaries of the research and related concepts.Again,through questionnaires and field research,to study the influence of the construction activities in the medical building reconstruction on the patients and the main demands of the patients,and determine the interests of both the hospital and the patients on this basis;construct the game model between the hospital and the patients from the sub-use evolutionary game theory.Through the dynamic replication equations of both sides of the game,the evolutionary game path between the hospital and the patient is analyzed,and the equilibrium point of the game between the two parties is obtained.Finally,based on the above research content,the construction management strategy in medical building renovation is proposed.
