Research On Rainwater Landscape Design Of Existing Residential Area Based On Sponge City Theory

With the development of cities rapidly and the increase of hard land area,Chinese cities are faced with serious problems such as waterlogging disaster and water pollution.The lack of landscape and environmental damage in existing urban residential community are serious problems,and the quality of life of residents is affected.In the past,engineering measures have been adopted to solve the problem of urban rainwater,which is not conducive to environmental protection and ecological sustainable development.As early as in the 19 th century,developed countries have studied urban rainwater management.rainwater is naturally retained,infiltrated,collected and reused.Through the way of landscape to solve the problem of rainwater,to create a livable environment and good landscape effect,and to achieve the sustainable use of rainwater resources.Sponge city was first proposed in 2012,mainly to solve the urban environment and rainwater problems by using landscape technology measures,so as to achieve the dual goals of improving the landscape quality and solving the rainwater disaster.In 2015,China launched the sponge city pilot project in 16 cities nationwide,and qian’an is the only pilot city in the beijing-tianjin-hebei region.As the main activity space for people,the existing urban residential community covers a large area and is prone to rain disaster,thus affecting the daily life of residents and the landscape environment in the residential area.Therefore,we must change the traditional design mode,and to improve the landscape effect of the existing urban residential community,create a comfortable living environment and alleviate flooding of the community as the goals,use the method and technical measures of the sponge city concept,it can alleviate the problems of waterlogging in existing urban residential community,create good landscape effects,provide theoretical and practical guidance for the construction of sponge cities in China,realize the beautification of the environment,the recycling of resources,and promote the sustainable development of the urban environment.In view of the landscape environment problems faced by Chinese cities,this paper analyzes and summarizes the theories,design methods and measures of relevant researches at home and abroad by collecting data and consulting relevant literatures.Combined with practical cases at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the theoretical strategies and research ideas for the landscape reconstruction design of existing urban residential community in China.Takeing Yi Jingyuan community in qian’an city as a design case,firstly,this paper analyzes the background of the existing community in qian’an city,investigates its current situation,proposes the common landscape environment problems and the deficiency of rainwater resource utilization,and summarizes the residents’ demand for the landscape function of the existing urban residential community.Secondly,from the angle of landscape,the method of using sponge urban design,will both the residential landscape design and the rain,was proposed based on the concept of urban sponge both objectives,principles and measures of the residential area landscape reconstruction.Rainwater is taken as a resource for collection,purification,storage and recycling,so as to alleviate water resource shortage and urban flood disaster.summed up the methods and strategies of both the retrofit design of the residential landscape.Finally,based on the problems and the needs of residents in the Yi Jingyuan community,combining with the status quo of site condition,follow the design principle of people-oriented,adjust measures to local conditions,using the sponge urban technical measures of community greening landscape,roads and parking,underground garage roof landscape,plants and other specific renovation design collocation,make a good landscape environment,reducing waterlogging disasters and rainwater runoff pollution.Using sponge city both methods and technical measures for existing urban residential community landscape renovation design,can better solve the city landscape and rain waterlogging problems such as missing in the district,the reduction of municipal water supply pressure,promote the recycling of the rain,saving and protection of water resources,provide beautiful living environment for residents,stay in harmony with nature.It not only plays an important role in maintaining the balance of the ecological system and promoting the construction of ecological civilization,but also plays an important role in the promotion and construction of sponge cities in the later period.
