Based On The Concept Of "Sponge In The City" Community Design Research

"Sponge city" is a hot topic in recent years,as a new concept of urban construction,marking the "sponge city" of the internal provisions and practice models are still in the exploratory.The core of "sponge city" construction is the construction of rainwater system with low impact.The number of Wuhan city lakes,the waters of broad area,abundant precipitation,can be said to be a natural sponge".However,due to the excessive development of city planning,in previous years the extensive,resulting in Wuhan City waterlogging serious.This paper gives a detailed analysis of the distribution of the city waterlogging point of Wuhan City,the causes of waterlogging,according to local conditions,pointed out that due to the mayor of Wuhan in a large population,the old residential areas and the new development area larger,the two is the hardest hit by waterlogging,so community construction as the breakthrough point of the city is feasible for sponge.In the concrete countermeasures,full reference to the Ministry of housing and Urban Construction promulgated "sponge" technical guidelines for city construction,city planning concept has changed the past purely to drainage oriented,expand the infiltration of rainwater resources,retention,call,savings,purification and other comprehensive utilization ways.At the same time,the paper also gives four main design schemes,such as roads,green roofs and walls,green spaces,wet ponds and rainwater.
