With the development of era,in order to meet the needs of environment protection,energy conservation and people's increasing material and cultural demand,many new concepts of architecture are rising,such as intelligent building,temporary structure and container building.Recyclable conductive paint for rapid brushing would simplify the construction of building circuits which conforms these new trends in the field of architecture.Here,a novel conductive material with low liquidity,plasticity,significantly enhanced adhesion to substrates prepared by adding nickel powder to eutectic gallium indium alloy.This material can be painted directly on the substrates like a pigment through a brush to form a coating pattern,which has the potential as a building circuit.Tests on the conductivity and adhesion of materials have shown that this material has good electrical conductivity and adhesion to the substrate.The article mainly includes the following contents:The liquid metal slurry was prepared by mechanical stirring method,and the product was Preliminary characterization by magnetic force test,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy spectrum analysis.The electrical conductivity of the material was measured by measuring the volt-ampere characteristic curve of the material by standard four point technique.The adhesion of the material was proved by the paper pulling test with the dynamic contact angle measurement system and rolling angle test.Finally,the mechanism of material preparation and adhesion was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and rolling angle and preparation test in the vapor atmosphere of hydrochloric acid.The results show that the oxide film of liquid metal plays a key role in the preparation of liquid metal slurry and its adhesion to the substrate.Inspired by the study of nickel liquid metal slurry,a kind of recyclable liquid metal slurry was prepared.Recyclable liquid metal slurry is prepared by mixing quartz powder into eutectic gallium indium alloy.The volt-ampere characteristic curve and rolling angle of the material indicate that it also has good electrical conductivity and adhesion to the substrate.The eutectic gallium indium alloy and the quartz powder in the liquid metal slurry are separated by adding a dilute hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide solution which dissolving the liquid metal oxide film,thereby gallium indium alloy restoring fluidity and coagulation at the bottom of the vessel.In this way,more than 90% of the eutectic gallium indium alloy in the liquid metal slurry can be recovered.This paper has paved the way for creating building circuits that can be quickly painted and recycled.
