| As the academic work becomes more and more arduous,and the influence of various electronic products on the visual acuity of young people,the myopia rate of primary and secondary school students is increasing,and the health problems of adolescents are receiving much attention.Research shows that the quality of classroom lighting is an important factor affecting students’ vision.The classroom lighting problem is closely related to classroom lighting design,so it is necessary to put forward higher requirements for classroom lighting design.This paper starts with the lighting optimization method,combined with the auxiliary lighting design software and machine learning algorithm,proposes a model system for classroom lighting optimization method in primary and secondary schools.The system can obtain the lighting optimization scheme that meets the requirements by inputting the target value.This system optimizes the traditional design method,improves the design efficiency,and the output results can meet the vision health needs of primary and middle school students,providing an effective technical means for the design and construction of classroom lighting in primary and secondary schools.Based on a large number of researches at home and abroad,the paper compares and analyzes the lighting status of primary and secondary classrooms at home and abroad through the summary of classroom lighting methods and specifications.Comparing the traditional formula method and the auxiliary software lighting calculation method,the advantages of computer software optimized illumination are analyzed,and Dialux EVO is selected as the auxiliary lighting design software for the research work of this subject.In order to study the input and output quantity that need to be considered in the system,this paper uses Dialux EVO to simulate the light source parameters,classroom light environment parameters and classroom lighting space parameters respectively,systematically discusses its influence on classroom lighting quality,and proposes lighting optimization method for indoor chandeliers and blackboard lights.Based on the lighting optimization method of indoor chandeliers and blackboard lights,this paper uses Dialux EVO to establish a three-dimensional model of classrooms in primary and secondary schools to simulate the classroom lighting environment.By changing the values of different parameters in the model,multiple lighting simulations were performed on the classrooms of the primary and secondary schools,and the simulation data was recorded.Preprocess the data and then import the support vector machine and BP neural network prediction model established by MATLAB respectively.Based on the error analysis of the accuracy of the prediction results of the two algorithms,a model system for classroom lighting optimization based on BP neural network is proposed.The human-computer interaction interface of the indoor chandelier and blackboard light optimization method model system was built by BP neural network simulation results,which realized the operability of the system.Finally,the model optimization results are tested.The effectiveness and practicability of actual test results. |
