Building Information Modeling(BIM)is one of the most forward-looking developments in the construction industry.Its application can cover the entire building life cycle of construction projects from planning,design,construction to operation and maintenance.That is,the obtained form supports the interaction of all the information of the construction project,and has broad application prospects,especially in the operation and maintenance stage which occupies most of the life cycle of the building.The BIM model built by the widely used BIM modeling software contains too much information data and has a high demand for the running environment.Most of them use the C/S(Client/Server)architecture.In recent years,with the development of mobile Internet and the popularity of mobile terminals,Web applications based on B/S(Browser/Server)architecture have become the trend and trend of development,so the BIM model Web-side reconstruction is carried out.The research is conducive to the expansion of the application of BIM model from planning,design and construction to the whole life cycle of buildings covering building operation and maintenance.Collect and transmit building-related operation and maintenance data through the Internet of Things and sensor technology.Based on the cloud architecture,the building operation and maintenance data is combined with the lightweight model of BIM to realize the linkage between the building operation and maintenance data and the BIM model.The operation and maintenance provides a 3D visualization platform.This paper firstly uses the model built by Autodesk Revit software as the research object.Based on the computer 3D graphics theory,the geometric data of vertex coordinates,triangle faces,center coordinates and normals of BIM model are reconstructed into JSON format data that can be applied to the Web.Then use WebGL’s third-party library Three.js to realize the reconstruction and rendering of BIM model on the Web through GPU 3D graphics rendering pipeline.The BIM model is displayed on the Web through ray picking,track space control,first person control and flight control.Developed and realized the three-dimensional interactive function,laying the foundation for the next step to integrate with the Internet of Things technology.Secondly,the IoT node is designed to use the sensor to sense the running data of the building and send it to the server for storage in the database through wireless transmission.Finally,taking a venue energy station as an example to model,using the theoretical results of this study,to achieve the integration of building operation and maintenance data and Web-side lightweight BIM model.BIM is known as the second digital revolution in the construction industry.Its application can run through the entire building life cycle of building projects,and it is used for building data sharing and information integration management applications.This is also the core value of BIM.With the development of HTML5 and WebGL technologies,browsers have the ability to process complex 3D graphics,making BIM technology possible in the building operation and maintenance phase.This study realizes the reconstruction of BIM model from the Revit modeling environment on the Web side,and designs the IoT node circuit to realize the fusion of sensor data and Web-side BIM model,and expands the application of BIM model from planning,design and construction to building transport.The whole life cycle of the dimension has laid a good foundation.
