In recent years,with the development of urban construction,in order to meet the needs of urban development,more and more high?rise buildings,super?tall buildings and large?span spatial structures have been applied.These buildings are often designed with multiple floors.However,as the basement is buried deeper and deeper,many underground structures have large areas below the groundwater level.Especially the large?span frame space structures such as underground garages have small self?weight loads and cannot resist the buoyancy generated by groundwater due to the small number of layers.In order to ensure the stability and safety of the building structure,these buildings must be constructed with anti?floating treatment to eliminate the influence of groundwater buoyancy.At present,the commonly used anti?floating treatment methods mainly include pressure?weight anti?floating method,drainage water?reducing method,anchor anti?floating method,anti?floating pile method and the like.(1)Pressure?resistance and anti?floating: thicken the concrete layer in the floor or roof of the underground garage or thicken the backfill layer on the roof to increase the weight of the building structure and balance the gravity and buoyancy.Generally,when considering anti?floating measures,pressure Heavy resistance to float is the preferred method;(2)Anchor anti?floating method: The anti?floating anchor is a kind of tension member below the basement,which is connected at one end to the engineering structure and at the other end to the soil layer or rock layer below the basement,through the rod and the soil or The bond between the rock masses resists the buoyancy of the groundwater body to the underground garage.(3)Drainage and pressure reduction method: The water release and pressure reduction method is applicable to the weakly permeable foundation soil.The anti?floating project can be set under the foundation floor to allow the pressurized water to be collected into the water collection system through the permeable or water?conducting system.It should include outdoor blind or blind pipes,collection wells,sump and indoor release.Can be used in combination with drainage and water pressure reduction.The anti?floating design of underground engineering is an important part of structural design.Anti?floating measures should be selected according to engineering geological conditions,construction environment and other factors combined with structural characteristics.In the design process,select reasonable design parameters,pay attention to regional experience,and do a good construction process to make the anti?floating design of the project more reasonable and reliable.In this paper,several engineering cases will be introduced to introduce the design process and application of several commonly used anti?floating methods,and some reasonable solutions to the problems encountered in the project are proposed.The research content of this paper will have great engineering practical value for future anti?floating engineering,and it also has great guiding significance.
