So for such a problem, the designer must give sufficient attention.In this paper, based on extensive reading of relevant literature at home and abroad and the current specification. Relying on the Golden Eagle Broadcasting System building, O n the floor of the basement uplift the anti floating design and analysis. Now the anti floating measures adopted can be broadly divided into: load the anti floating, emission reducing water interception, anti floating pile and anti floating anchor. Because there is no absolute good or bad between the anti floating measures, In this paper, the anti floating design of loading a rough design.For the design of the anti floating loading, In this paper, the work and process are as follows: Firstly, the anti- floating and anti- floating anchor is designed and compared.
