It is an innovation of the traditional fast steam generator heating method.Rapid steam generator based on induction heating has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency,no pollution and fast steam production.Induction heating fast steam generator makes up for traditional fuel steam generator and PTC heating steam generator's shortcomings of heat loss,slow steam production and large pollution.In the fields of equipment cleaning in petroleum industry and oil pollution cleaning in municipal engineering,induction heating steam generator with high efficiency,environmental protection and safety has broad development and application prospects.This paper first analyzes the principle of electromagnetic induction heating,introduces the basic framework of fast steam generator,analyzes the feasibility and advantages of its application on fast steam generator in combination with electromagnetic induction heating,and determines the research focus of this study.Then the topology of the rapid steam generator induction heating system is discussed and analyzed,and the overall design scheme of the induction heating fast steam generator control system is given.In the hardware design of induction heating fast steam generator control system,this paper introduces the control system framework and system main control chip,selects STM32 single chip as the main control chip of the system,designs the phase-locked loop circuit,phase-shifting and power-regulating circuit,IGBT drive circuit,load signal acquisition circuit,pressure and temperature detection circuit,keyboard and display circuit.The principle of phase-locked and phase-shifted control module is analyzed emphatically,and the phase-locked loop chip CD4046 and phase-shift control chip UC3879 chip are combined to analyze the IGBT drive principle.The drive circuit is designed by HCPL316 J chip,which is controlled by phase shift circuit.The IGBT drive circuit,combined with the control of the single-chip microcomputer,ensures that the inverter system can work in the inductive resonance state and realize the free adjustment of power.As for the analysis and design of the software system,this paper shows the sub-modules software design process and ideas combined with the hardware design and focuses on the steam temperature control algorithm of the fast steam generator.The fuzzy PID algorithm of particle swarm optimization is applied to the steam temperature control to realize the closed-loop temperature control.Finally,combined with MATLAB simulation,the experimental platform is built and verified,and the data is tested and compared on the prototype of the rapid steam generator.The experimental results confirm that the system has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protect.
