Research On The Quality Management Of Project Design Based On BIM

Nowadays,the proportion of architectural design quality problems are on the rise among all the engineering quality problems.Because the design process has a huge impact in the quality of the project and is at the initial stage of the project.M project uses traditional cad design methods cannot fully meet the requirements of the project expression.BIM technology allows the use of drawings improve accuracy,the various stakeholders to work together on the same platform to become true.In construction design management,M project which adopt the traditional design method have many problems.The article choose the M project as the example,Through analyzing the influencing factors,organizational structure,control mode of the M project's design quality management.thereby introducing with BIM technology as work platform,to analyze the quality management of M project in all life stages,In this way,technical requirements such as BIM software management architecture and application standards that affect the design quality of M projects are analyzed and selectedThrough the use of BIM technology status quoin architectural design quality management to analyze,analyze the key to success in the use of BIM technology that BIM architectural design of team building,work mode BIM application standard,BIM workflow,BIM,etc.Therefore to M project in early concept design,preliminary design,construction drawing design,the late coordination principle of four stages of project design quality evaluation is analyzed,Build the BIM technology M project design quality integrated management model framework,implements the quality factors to affect the project M BIM architecture design of the systematic evaluation.Finally,taking M project as an example,this paper evaluates the M project based on BIM technology by means of causal analysis,and compares and analyzes the effects of adopting BIM technology in the design of M project.On this basis,the proposal of applying BIM technology to project design quality management is put forward.
