As tower crane is the main equipment of building construction,overall design is the key link for determining performance of complete machine,which can determine the merits of the overall performance.The tower structure as the key part of tower crane parts is of important significance for the realization of the function and tower crane safety.At present stage,in our country Generic method is usually used in design and manufacture of tower crane,which leads to the result is innovation ability.This paper starts from the design source,aiming at solving the above problems,taking overall design for the tower crane mast.The tower structure,tower body connecting component and tower hydraulic jacking system are optimized this paper.According to the functional requirements of the tower,to analyze the function load of the tower,then design general structure of the tower,determine the forms of the tower section,main chord and diagonal as well as the connection form of tower,the purpose is to determine the simplified principle of bearing force of the tower and design criteria of cross section.By using Taguchi methods,the quality of tower crane standard section connection pin was controlled.By analyzing the pin shaft,ear plate structure and its stress,to determine the controllable factors and noise factors.Using the parameter design and tolerance design of Taguchi method through the orthogonal experiment design,statistical analysis and establishing the orthogonal regression equation and other means to determine the best parameter combination and tolerance range of connecting pin shaft.In order to meet the requirement of the tower to climb,design the hydraulic jack-up system.The orthogonal experiment is used for the parameters of hydraulic system.With the help of AMESIM hydraulic simulation platform,optimize the simulation design of hydraulic jack-up system.By using the hydraulic simulation platform analyses the parameter design of the hydraulic system to determine the optimum parameters of the system,and achieve the stable operation of hydraulic system.Using Pro/E to build the tower section standard solid model,with the aid of ANASYS Workbench to statically analyze the four conditions of tower section,compare analysis results and measured results to determine the validity of the model.Finite element analysis optimizes the standard section structure,reducing 3.1%weight of the tower.Pressed modal analysis to determine the tower vibration frequency and vibration mode,which provides effective reference for practical design.
