With the development of industry into an unprecedented height,the material demand is also needed to increase gradually,the paper tube is becoming more and more widely used,consumption of the paper tube is also increasing.As the paper tube products with low cost,light weight,easy recovery,pollution-free advantages,it is widely used in the paper industry,packaging,textile and chemical fiber industry and other industries.Nowaday,the huge market demands inspired the productivity of enterprises,However,due to the influence of objective factors such as price makes enterprises still using backward production line.So the low efficiency,low performance and low degree of automation of the production line is an urgent need to solved problem.Using computer technology to the management of production and the implementation of data acquisition and control in the process of production,more and more get the attention of people,PLC and Configuration software is developed conform to the situation of new technology,the combination provides users with fast methods of the construction of industrial control system.This paper is based on the mechanical design of a spiral winding machine of an enterprise,applied Siemens touch screen and PLC technology,Designed and implemented the Spiral Winding Machine control system which based on PLC and configuration software WINCC FLEXIBLE 2008 development.In this paper,through analyzed the control requirements of spiral winding machine,The hardware system is designed,through analyze the working parameters and model of the Spiral Winding Machine,the motion mathematical model was established.On the basis of in the completion of the touch screen interface design and PLC programming,the configuration of the touch screen interface and off-line simulation debugging on the procedures of system testing,the results show that meet the requirements of the system control.The system makes full use of the stable and reliable PLC,touch screen friendly flexible characteristics,applicated PLC program to achieve the purpose of automatic control,at the same time,set the corresponding technical indicators parameters,the visual touch screen interface makes it easy for the operator to operate the entire control system.Through the design of the control system of Spiral Winding Machine,not only improved the operability and security of Spiral Winding Machine,at the same time it also can greatly improve the automation level of spiral winding machine.,so that the design of control of the Spiral Winding Machine has achieved the desired effect,make the design of the spiral coil pipe bender control achieve the expected effect,can be brought great economic benefits for the enterprise.
