Tianjin port J Container Terminal Co.,Ltd.is a wholly owned subsidiary invested by Tianjin port Limited by Share Ltd.It was formally established in 1980.It belongs to the first modern international container terminal company in mainland China.The company has 200 thousand ton deep-water berths 3,30 thousand ton berths and a whole,covers an area of 69.2 square meters,shoreline length is 1203.53 meters,the overall throughput in the case of 2016 amounted to 2 million 410 thousand TEUs.the Tianjin Port Container Terminal Co.,J company faces no small challenge,but also brings more opportunities for development.J container terminals,which belong to traditional container terminals,need continuous strategic adjustment to enhance their competitiveness so as to meet the development of container transportation industry.This paper is composed of five parts:firstly,it summarizes the relevant theories of enterprise development strategy;then takes the Tianjin Container Group’s J container terminal company as the research object,analyzes its internal environment and external environment,and conducts the throughput for the next five years.Forecasting,providing the basis for the development of the corporate development strategy framework;then using the SWOT method to analyze the development strategy of the enterprise,and draw several factors that can promote the development of the enterprise,such as the geographical advantage,the policy advantage,and the hindrance of enterprise development.Several factors,such as serious aging of mechanical equipment,brain drain,and low degree of information of terminals,etc.;based on the analysis,the development strategy framework of J container terminal company was formulated;finally,relying on strategic alliances to further reduce costs and expand diversified markets.And other specific measures to achieve the ultimate strategic goal of the company:to make Tianjin Port J Container Terminal Company become China’s leading container integrated logistics service provider.
