The Research On Appropriate Technology Of The Green Indemnificatory Housing In Hunan

Recently,with the accelerated development of the social economy,the insurance system of housing improves increasingly and the amount of construction becomes larger.Meanwhile the ecological environment has been overwhelmed.The lack of resource and the shortage of energy have been the key problems in hindering the social economy development.And the effect of construction on the nature has been more and more obvious.The special hilly topography,the terrible climate(hot-summer and cold-winter),and the large scale construction of the indemnificatory housing due to the lack of the green building theory will increase the energy consumption and lower the life quality of the protected resident.The green indemnificatory housing has been paid more attention recently and has gotten certain achievement and benefit.Now the Hunan government has issued the related policies and regulation of the green building,encouraged the research of the related fields and promoted actively the green appropriate technology.The thesis will be presented in 5 parts:The introduction goes first.According to the conclusion of research background,the home and abroad theories and research status of the green indemnificatory housing,this thesis puts forward the deficiency of the research status and the new methods of the green indemnificatory housing.In chapter 2,the basic definitions of green indemnificatory housing,green building and the appropriate technology are presented.The analysis of related policies and examples of home and abroad indemnificatory proves that the necessity of the green indemnificatory housing and the appropriate technology.In chapter 3,Combined with Hunan physical geography,climate and resources,the field research was conducted regarding site selection,construction,and energy saving status in Hunan.The design and technology deficiency in Hunan indemnificatory housing has been concluded.In chapter 4,the evaluation system of screening index in appropriate technology has been established in terms of the region,climate,economy,and operation suitability for Hunan indemnificatory housing based on the mature classification of Hunan green building technology.This thesis screens the appropriate technology and compares the results.In chapter 5,the thesis continues to introduce the design strategies,methods measure and the main structure from the screened appropriate technology.The integration scheme of Hunan green indemnificatory housing has been formed finally.The thesis embraces the green indemnificatory housing,integrates the related theories and methods of the green indemnificatory housing and the research method,establishes the evaluation system of screen index in appropriate technology,screens the appropriate technology of Hunan green indemnificatory housing,forms the integration scheme and contributes to the coming green indemnificatory housing in Hunan.In a word,the thesis possesses the theoretical value and practical significance.
