Historical And Cultural Block Protection Planning Process And Optimization Strategy In The New Era

Historical and cultural blocks,carrying the past,present and future of the city,are a dynamic urban heritage.Recording the historical memory of the city is not only the epitome of the city,but also the embodiment of the comprehensive competitiveness of the city.Although the importance of protection work in historical and cultural blocks has been widely popularized at the present stage,the course of protection is a dynamic and gradual process,the times are changing,the new era has new needs.People have new cognition and opinion on the original theory and protection strategy under the test of practice and time.How to realize the revitalization of historical and cultural blocks is still urgent demand for the protection of historical and cultural blocks in the new era.Through the study of relevant theories,the historical context and development of the protection planning of historical and cultural blocks are summarized,the inherent motivation and the needs of the historical and cultural blocks in the new period are analyzed.From the material and cultural context to observe and solve the main problems existing in the historical and cultural blocks,and then from the repositioning of the historical and cultural blocks into two aspects of the city and the community,the strategy of the protection and optimization of the historical and cultural blocks in the new period is put forward.Taking Tunxi old street as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the three stages of Tunxi old street protection planning: its formation period,development period and overall deepening period.Through the theory of "historical period" and the theory of "common people cultural heritage",the time and redevelopment of Tunxi old street can be realized,and the separation of material and context is solved.From the aspects of the function of the city’s important body and the function of the community,the restoration of the landscape and features of Tunxi old street,the diversified diversification of the format,the road traffic system,and the street The optimization strategy of the new era should be provided for the integrity of the lane space,the community infrastructure and the public participation.
