Based on the interpretation of the concept of residential accommodation,this paper systematically combs the development process and current situation of residential accommodation,especially after the relevant industry standards were issued by the state,the phenomenon of many residential fever was elaborated separately.Through the summary of the residential policy,the analysis of the invisible demand for the upgrading of national consumption,as well as people's enthusiasm for root-seeking culture,the essence behind the residential fever is analyzed in detail.On how to create a successful residential environment,through a variety of operational ideas and design points also put forward their own views.Good accommodation needs a mature and comprehensive program planning,but also how to create environment and artistic conception with prominent theme and distinctive features.The design direction and key points are the most important part,which is the guiding ideology of good residential design,but also the landing rulesThis paper takes Tonglu Dipu Village Pigsty Boarding House as an example to show the space research process of a mature boarding house.From the beginning of receiving the project,the members of the project team spent more than two months on project analysis,investigation,survey and collection of human data to deduce the historical context of the project,to accurately analyze the source of the project,style positioning,and to systematically sort out the building materials and elements representing local characteristics,and how to go about it.In activating the old space and experiencing the leisure life for the aged,we have also carefully renovated and sorted out the existing material cultural heritage of ancient villages in the south of the Yangtze River,such as ancient buildings,temples,ancestral halls,bridges,water systems,and so on.We have also thoroughly excavated and upgraded the intangible cultural heritage of traditional festivals,legendary skills and various folk customs..We also see that the early building of lodgings with feelings has become a thing of the past,and now the lodgings must be profitable,otherwise there is no need for them to exist.The market competition is extremely fierce,and the situation after the failure is very cruel.In this context,residential quarters began to differentiate,low-end residential quarters everywhere plagiarized,overflowing,muddle through.Excellent residential accommodation must take the road of specialization.However,no industry can remain unchanged.If we want to develop in the long run,we must keeppace with the times.Although the pursuit of residential quarters is to return to the original and natural development concept,but in the development of market demand,it needs to upgrade constantly with the new industrial concept.We should fully integrate into the development of high-quality residential accommodation,so that each characteristic residential accommodation is constantly glowing with new vitality.
