The catenary suspension state detection and monitoring device(4c)is an integral part of the railway power supply safety detection and monitoring system(6c system).Its detection purpose is to high-definition imaging of catenary equipment,including wrist arm device,suspension device,positioning device,additional clues and their parts,through the analysis of the collected picture data,and then draw the corresponding maintenance conclusion of catenary equipment,guide the daily maintenance work of catenary equipment.However,in actual use,the positioning methods of the catenary suspension state detection and monitoring device(4c)are different,and the positioning accuracy of the strut is also different,which brings difficulties to daily analysis work.This paper analyzes GPS positioning technology,Beidou positioning technology,laser trigger,gyk positioning and pillar number plate positioning technology.The problems encountered in the application of GPS pillar positioning technology are demonstrated by examples.the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies are verified through the experiment on danda express line,and the radio frequency tag and pillar number plate identification technology are used to solve these problems.At the same time,the line information and image recognition technology adopted by the current mainstream technology are analyzed in theory separately.when the line information is used for verification,the positioning of the catenary pillar will be interfered due to the insufficient accuracy of the line information and false triggering data;When the image recognition technology is used alone,the column number plate of overhead contact system is sometimes dirty because of the rod umber plate,the stay line is blocked or the rod number plate is lost,which makes the image taken by the camera can not be located by using the algorithm.this situation will cause the column positioning missed or missed.Finally,the new technology of line information and image recognition is adopted to solve the catenary pillar positioning problem of danda fast railway catenary suspension state detection and monitoring device.The invention relate to a pillar positioning technology base on line information and image recognition of a contact network,which is characterized in that that pillar number recognized by a pillar pole numb recognition system is compared with basic data,the pillar number recognized by the pillar pole number recognition system is deemed to be correct when the two are the same,the basic data is taken as the standard when the two are different,and a GPS positioning system is added at the same time,accurate data information is positioned after each positioning,so that the last correct information is automatically used when data acquisition is carried out next time.Finally,the new technology adopted by danda express railway catenary suspension state detection and monitoring device is exemplified,tested and demonstrated,and the accuracy of catenary pillar positioning is realized.
