With the modernization of the city,urban rail transit plays an increasingly important role in the way the citizens travel.However,the distance between the urban rail train operation site is short,the door operating frequency is high,the door components are damaged and the aging is serious,which makes the train door accidents frequently occur during operation,threatening the personal safety of passengers.The urban rail passenger compartment door system belongs to the modern intelligent control system and has a particularly complicated logical relationship,which makes the query and interpretation of the fault mechanism quite difficult.At the same time,with the growth of urban rail trains,the increasing number of doors has also brought great challenges to monitoring and overhaul.Therefore,how to solve the door system failure easily and efficiently and improve the safe operation level of urban rail trains has become an urgent problem to be solved.In the method of this article,the Petri net(mesh information flow model)and SDG diagram model(signed directed graph)are jointly modeled,and the abnormality detection and fault diagnosis model of the vehicle door system is established based on time factor.The model can perform abnormal monitoring and fault diagnosis tasks dynamically and efficiently with the time series of system operation.The specific work of this study is as follows:Firstly,the mechanical structure,electrical working principle and system function of the door system are analyzed and studied.Based on the fault repair data of line 1 of a certain subway company,the fault type and fault mechanism of the door system are summarized,and the failure modes and characteristics of the door system are summarized too.Secondly,the timing of the state transition of the door system is studied.Based on the forward running logic of the door system,the time-constrained Petri net is used to construct the abnormal monitoring model of the door system to realize the abnormal monitoring of the working state of the door system based on time.Through the research on the state command of the door system,the connection standard table of Petri net and SDG diagram is established to complete the connection task between the Petri net model and the SDG diagram model.Thirdly,based on the Petri net anomaly monitoring model,combined with the symbol directed graph model(SDG)for fault diagnosis and hidden danger query.According to the characteristics of the fault diagnosis of the mechanical components of the door system,a semi-quantitative SDG diagram model is adopted.Introducing the SDG graph model after quantitative calculation of the fault tree,one node represents a possible fault,and the branch represents the interaction relationship between the node and the node.The semi-quantitative SDG graph model can effectively describe the influence intensity between the mechanical failures of the door system,and sorts out the optimal troubleshooting order according to the probability and the critical importance of fault tree.Finally,comparing the Petri net and SDG graph models with the traditional on-site fault repair methods,the Petri net and SDG graph models are simpler and more efficient.The Petri net and SDG diagram joint fault diagnosis model is programmed into a fault diagnosis system,and the actual fault data information is used to convert into the fault information format required by the fault diagnosis system.The failure data is brought into the simulation model for fault diagnosis to verify the validity of the model.
