In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile Internet and the wide application of cloud computing,the scale of data storage and the capacity of computing have increased significantly,resulting in the increasing market size of data center.Data center is a large energy consumer which is not only the power consumption of the electronic device itself,but also the power consumption of the air-conditioning system,which accounts for about 40%of the total energy consumption of the data center.Therefore,reducing the energy saving of air conditioning system is the focus of the energy saving of data center,and is also the hotspot of the research.At present,there are three main energy saving measures about air conditioning system of the data center:the energy saving of the air conditioning equipment,the rational use of the natural cold source and the optimization of the air flow organization.This paper considers these three factors,compares the energy consumption of different air conditioning systems used in data center,and analyzes their final energy saving situation.This paper first starts from the two angles which are the energy saving of the air conditioning equipment and the rational use of the natural cold source,according to the meteorological data of the DEST software and energy saving mode of different types of air conditioning systems,the annual energy consumption of different air conditioning systems in five typical cities is calculated and the energy consumption of direct expansion air conditioning system is compared.The results showed that:the energy saving rate of water cooled magnetic suspension chiller + natural cooling water air conditioning system is 29.1%?49.1%,the air-cooled magnetic suspension chiller + natural cooling water conditioning system has better energy saving effect in Harbin,Beijing and nanjing,the energy saving rate is 25.6%?40.7%,and air cooling double-cold-source system only has better energy saving effect in Harbin,the energy saving rate is 32.2%.This paper use the 6SigmaRoom to simulate and analyze the air distribution of the three different air supply schemes at the same and different air supply temperature,the air supply temperature of three different air supply schemes are determined.The Simulation results:under the condition of ensuring the safe operation of the equipment in the computer room,compared with the underfloor air supply mode,the air supply temperature of the air supply mode with the underfloor air supply plus the closed cold channel can be increased by 2?,and the air supply mode with inter-column air-conditioning plus the closed cooling channel can be increased by 3?.Considering the influence of airflow organization to the energy consumption of the air conditioning system in the computer room,the energy consumption of different types of air conditioning systems in five typical cities is calculated and analyzed.The results show that compared with the energy consumption of the traditional air conditioning system,the energy saving rate of air-cooled magnetic suspension chiller + natural cooling water conditioning system increases by 3.5%-6.9%,the energy saving rate of the water cooled magnetic suspension chiller + natural cooling water air conditioning system increased by 2.4%-5.2%and the energy saving rate of air cooling double-cold-source system increased by 6.6%-12%.
