In architectural design process,the heating and air conditioning designer usually choices equipment according to personal experience rather than careful deliberation of actual demand for building energy-consumption..With an extra coefficient, the design power of the Heating and air conditioning planning often is bigger than the need of power by far. The waste still exist as central air-conditioning running with below capacity 95% of the time,even if the equipment was rational.The variable air volume (VAV) air-conditioning system makes a effective solution in this problem。It provides convenience of equipment for reducing energy consumption,as adjusting temperature by air volume and not by air temperature. However,the control of VAV air conditioning system is complication,the design of control has an influence on the Energy-saving. On making the response promptly to the load, the rational design can excavate the potential of the equipment,and gets much better Energy-saving effect.At this point, Measuring system of Energy Consumption lay the foundation of air conditioning energy-consumption's measure.It provided a reliable objective evidence.this paper develop an Measuring system of Energy Consumption based on C# and OPC Server,and materialize the control of variable air volume (VAV) air-conditioning system temperature difference adjustment. Analysing the parameters which is in connection with air-conditioning energy consumption,the paper suggest an optimized parameter Strategy of VAV system,design air-conditioning chilled water system with largest temperature difference and reduce the amount of the energy.
