With the development of power electronic devices,the appearance of new type of permanent magnet material,control theory,sensorless motor control technology makes the BLDCM has excellent static and dynamic characteristics,high efficiency,strong starting torque,excitation loss and easy to achieve speed.It has been widely used in the field of electric vehicles,robots,aeronautics and astronautics,NC machine tools.So in recent years for BLDCM control system has been one of hot spots of research.This thesis gives the details research on the basis of structure,working principles,mathematical model,control performance of permanent magnet BLDC motor.Focuses on the design of BLDCM double closed loop PID speed control system and based on the fuzzy PID controller and its speed control system.And in the Matlab/Simulink environment,build a brushless DC under two kinds of control mode of the motion control system simulation model.Verified by the simulation results,the system of BLDCM based on fuzzy PID control has these advantages:fast dynamic response,small steady-state error,has good control quality.In the end,this thesis built DSP2407A as the core of the controller of BLDCM control system hardware parts.Research and development the corresponding hardware experiment platform.Under the CCS software programming development environment to complete the whole of BLDCM control system software part.Experimental data show that the thesis research and design of software and hardware test platform is able to complete the set of control system function,high reliability,and simple structure of the control system.
