In recent years,China’s real estate has witnessed rapid development as well as construction scale,driving the growth of energy consumption and carbon emissions.At the same time,the growing building area also brings a large number of energy consumption demands for building operation.The existing heat supply capacity of municipal heating network is difficult to meet the growing demand for building.Under the condition of limited or slow expansion of heat supply capacity of municipal heating network,the heat supply problem of new construction,renovation and expansion of residential areas urgently needs to be solved.Based on this,this paper proposes a multi-energy complementary heating system,which uses clean energy of solar energy and air energy as heat source,and uses solar energy collector technology and heat pump technology to form complementarity with municipal heating network system,so as to solve the heating problem of new and expanded residential areas under the insufficient heating capacity of municipal heating network.In this paper,a multi-energy complementation system is firstly constructed to analyze its different operating conditions and give the control strategy of different operating conditions.Then,the application of the system is analyzed by taking the newly built residential area of 100,000 square meters as an example.Then,the calculation model of the system is established by using TRNSYS software,and the operation of the multi-energy complementary system is simulated and analyzed under different design load proportion of the double heat source heat pump,and the heating amount,operation time and system operation efficiency of different heat sources are analyzed.Finally,economic analysis and environmental benefit analysis are carried out,and compared with conventional heating methods.It can be seen from the analysis that the system has the advantages of stable operation,high heating efficiency,low annual operating cost,short investment recovery cycle,high primary energy efficiency and low pollutant emission,and has good economic and environmental benefits as well as social benefits.For the new community with insufficient heating capacity of municipal heating network,the design load ratio of double heat source heat pump can be adopted,which is 80%.The design load proportion of the multi-energy complementary system can be reasonably determined according to the actual engineering situation and the analysis data in this paper.
