Study On Planning And Construction Of Mata Lake National Wetland Park In Huantai County

Huantai County is a special county in Lubei Plain,which is under the jurisdiction of Zibo City.According to statistics,the population of Huantai County is 502000 by December 2017 with an area of more than 509 km2,.Huantai County is known as Zibo construction benchmarking county,the north of the county has a natural Mata Lake National Wetland Park,covering an area of 96 km2.The main rivers in Zibo,such as Xiaowu River,Wuhe River,Piulong River and Xiaoqing River,all converge in Huantai,creating the largest natural wetland system in Zibo City.It is the existence of Horse Lake has shaped Zibo City with "South Mountain and North Water".The beautiful scenery of Zibo is also a mountainIn February 2017,the town of Qifeng,which is located in Ma Ta-hu,was listed by the General Office of the Shandong Provincial people's Government as the first provincial special town-the Eco-tourism town of Mata Lake.This paper takes the planning and construction of Mata Lake National Wetland Park in Huantai County as the research object,using the methods of literature research and data collection,comparison and system methods,summing up methods and field investigation methods.The planning concept and typical construction mode of Mata Lake National Wetland Park in Huantai County are described in detail.It mainly includes the following three aspects:(1)on the concept theory of wetland and wetland park,this paper enumerates the case planning and construction of famous wetland park at home and abroad,and summarizes the characteristics of the development of wetland park at home and abroad.(2)the basic condition,necessity,feasibility and favorable conditions of planning and construction of Mata Lake National Wetland Park in Huantai County.(3)study on planning and construction of Mata Lake National Wetland Park in Huantai County.According to the theoretical knowledge of wetland park and combined with the planning and construction cases of famous wetland park at home and abroad,this paper studies the planning and construction mode of Mata Lake National Wetland Park in Huantai County.With wetland biological protection and wetland function protection as the breakthrough point,the wetland landscape function and cultural function are deeply exploited,and the value of resources is fully utilized,developed and planned.From the overall planning point of view can be divided into five specific areas: the conservation ofwetland part;Reconstruction part;publicity section;rational use part and management service part.This paper mainly studies the general layout of ecological design concept and the typical mode of construction.In this paper,through the study of the typical model of planning and construction of Mata Lake National Wetland Park in Huantai County,based on the wetland resources and the protection of landscape resources,reasonable development and utilization are made so that more and more people can be close to Mata Lake.Feeling the picturesque Wanqingbibo and the unique customs of the people on the water,for ecological Huantai,rural revitalization to make a demonstration,but also for domestic and foreign wetland park planning and construction to provide a model reference.
