The reliability of power supply is an important index to for the operation of distribution system.And the reliable power supply is of great significance to the residents' life and the development of industry and commerce.At present,the construction of distribution system is attracting more and more attention and the distribution automation level of our country has been greatly improved.The development of distribution automation technology has effectively enhanced the reliability and economy of distribution system operation in our country.Considering the regional differences,some electrical equipment still needs to be improved to enhance the level of distribution system automation.According to the present situation of the distribution network,it is an effective way to improve the automation of distribution system by increasing the protection,monitoring and control facilities gradually,The low voltage circuit breaker is also an automatic switch,which has the ability of breaking the current under the condition of overload,short circuit,under voltage and so on.Undervoltage tripping function is an important function of protection of low voltage circuit breaker using undervoltage tripping device to realize the installed,when the grid voltage or voltage loss,undervoltage tripping device by undervoltage tripping function to protect the power grid.At present,the distribution network in our country,although the low voltage circuit breaker with undervoltage tripping function(pressure loss),but usually does not have the automatic reclosing function,therefore,the tripping of the circuit breaker,the power company staff to the site closing operation,which increases the workload of the power sector and reduces the.reliability of the distribution system.Therefore,the design of distribution transformer switch pressure loss automatic closing device,the device can restore the power supply line,the pressure loss due to tripping and tripping moment of low-voltage circuit breaker automatically closed,avoid manually closing the time cost and labor costs.This paper according to the loss of pressure automatic closing device of functional requirements,the design of the mechanical type time relay decompression automatic closing device,electronic time relay decompression automatic closing device and a chip control type undervoltage automatic closing device,completed the three pressure loss automatic closing device component selection,prototype assembly and debugging,and the use of testing in the field,the results show that the designed three kinds of distribution transformer switch voltage automatic closing device can realize the automatic closing pressure loss function,shorten the recovery time of power supply,improve the reliability of power supply,reduce the production cost.
