Water is the basic material condition of survival and development of human society, with the continuous development of economic society, industrial and domestic water are increasing. To carry out the greater hinggan mountains fork molybdenum lead-zinc polymetallic project, carries on the rational development and utilization of water resources put forward higher requirements. To evaluate the project of water resources, therefore, put forward the reasonable development and utilization of water resources plan, designed to provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of water resources in the region. This article through to the greater hinggan mountains fork molybdenum lead-zinc polymetallic project area of hydrology, meteorology, hydrology geology information collection, analysis and finishing,on the basis of the evaluation of the quality and quantity of regional water resources, analyzed the influence of the project of regional water resources, provide the basis for the comprehensive utilization of regional water resources. The results are as follows:Within the scope of assessment of surface water and groundwater resourcesThe annual runoff of the basin above the water intake of the project is calculated by interpolation and extension method, and the calculated results are compared with the existing ones, and the calculated results are revised accordingly. At the same time using hydrologic analogy method, finally determined comprehensively using the method of hydrologic analogy results.Evaluation area surface water runoff averaged over many years is 4104 million m~3.P=95%year runoff and flow rate of 1522 million m~3.Groundwater resource is mainly composed of quaternary unconsolidated rock class lateral recharge, atmospheric precipitation infiltration amount and river water infiltration amount,by calculating the overall evaluation of water resources recharge is 2189 million m~3,groundwater can be mined for1587 million m~3.The influence of the project of regional water resourcesWater effectsPlanning level years taking time in surface water, over intake basin for many years an average amount of 4104 million m~3,P=95%year inflow for 1522 million m~3,the project take water for7.668 million m~3,after project for water intake basin above water during the period the amount of water loss is 4%,water reducing quantity is limited,so the project access the surface water have little impact on the regional water resource availability.Depletion effectAfter the hongxing reservoir project is put into use,the sewage treatment plant in the northern forest region will be upgraded. After the treated sewage is discharged into the hulan river, the water quality of the hulan river can meet the requirements of the water quality of the functional area in 2020 and 2030,without adverse impact on the water environment. After the treatment of the upgraded sewage treatment plant, the river inflow of CODcr and ammonia nitrogen in 2020was 634.8t/a and 63.5t/a,and the river inflow of CODcr and ammonia nitrogen in 2030 was1314.1t/a and 131.4t/a.The amount of pollutants entering the river will be effectively reduced, the amount of pollutants entering the river will meet the total pollutant discharge limit, and the water quality of the river will meet the water quality requirements of the water function area.In 2020 and2030,COD inflow into urban sewage after treatment by sewage treatment plants was 634.8t/a and1314.1t/a,respectively.Compared with the current river inflow,COD inflow into urban sewage was reduced. It has little effect on irrigation of downstream farmland. The operation period has little influence on the water supply source of lanxi county. It will also alleviate the overexploitation of groundwater in the northern forest region.
